Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of geminiomni.lat (the "Service"). By creating an account or subscribing to a plan you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

geminiomni.lat is an independent third-party website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by Google, and it is not an official Google product.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created through Google sign-in and are personal to you. Keep access to your Google account secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account on this site has been used without permission.

3. Subscriptions, credits and renewal

The Service is sold as a subscription, with an optional one-time credit booster.

• Starter, Pro and Premium are monthly or annual subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe.
• Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Unused plan credits do not roll over indefinitely and are subject to the validity window shown at checkout.
• One-time booster credits are added on top of your plan and expire 90 days after purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges and the plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
• An active subscription is required to generate. Accounts that do not have a subscription are sent to the pricing page.

4. Refunds

Because generation consumes compute as soon as a job starts, used credits are not refundable. If a payment was taken in error, or a billing fault prevented you from using the Service, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it.

5. Acceptable use

You are responsible for everything you submit and everything you generate.

• Do not upload media you do not have the rights to use, and do not generate content that infringes someone else's rights.
• Do not create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, or content that violates applicable law.
• Do not attempt to bypass credit metering, rate limits or regional restrictions, and do not use the Service to build a competing scraping or resale pipeline.
• Do not misrepresent generated video as authentic footage of real people or real events in a way that could cause harm.

6. Regional restrictions

Some capabilities of the underlying model are not available everywhere. In particular, editing uploaded video is restricted in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, so those accounts cannot use the editing paths that operate on uploaded video.

7. Your content and our content

You keep the rights you hold in the prompts, source media and outputs you create with the Service. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process that material so we can operate the Service, meter credits and provide support.

The site itself, including its layout, copy, brand assets and code, belongs to us and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

8. Third-party services and trademarks

The Service depends on third-party products, including Google sign-in and the Gemini models, and Stripe for payments. Those services are governed by their own terms. Gemini, Gemini Omni, Google AI Studio and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC, used here only to describe the model this site is built around.

9. Availability and changes

We may change, pause or discontinue features, adjust credit costs, or update these terms as the model and the Service evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the revision date on this page, and continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Generated output may be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable for your purpose, and you are responsible for reviewing it before you publish or rely on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
