1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information geminiomni.lat ("we", "us") collects when you use the Service, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the website, your account area and any video generation you start through this site.

geminiomni.lat is an independent third-party website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by Google.

2. Information we collect

We keep the data we collect to the minimum needed to run the Service.

• Account data from Google sign-in: your name, email address, profile image URL and the Google account identifier.
• Subscription and billing data: your plan, billing interval, subscription status and identifiers issued by our payment processor. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Generation data: the prompts, uploaded images, reference media, frame images and generated clips you submit or receive, together with the credit cost of each job.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and timestamps collected in server logs for security and abuse prevention.

3. How we use your information

We use the information described above to create and secure your account, to provide and meter the Service, to process subscription payments, to answer support requests, to detect abuse and fraud, and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Sign-in providers

Sign-in on this site is Google only. When you sign in with Google we receive the basic profile information Google shares with an OAuth client, and we use it to identify your account. We do not post, read your mail or access any other Google service on your behalf.

5. Payments

Subscriptions and one-time credit purchases are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on infrastructure operated by Stripe and are not stored on our servers. We receive the outcome of the payment, the subscription status and the identifiers needed to keep your plan in sync.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, to remember your preferences and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. You can clear them in your browser, but signing in depends on them.

7. Service providers

We share limited data with the providers that make the Service work.

• Google - sign-in and account identity.
• Stripe - subscription billing, invoices and payment method handling.
• Our hosting, database and content-delivery providers - running the site and storing your account data.

8. Retention

Account records are kept while your account is open. Billing records are retained for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Generation jobs and their outputs are kept so you can revisit them, and you can ask us to delete them.

9. Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your account data, request correction of inaccurate details, or ask us to delete your account and the media attached to it. You can also cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings; cancellation stops future charges and the plan runs to the end of the paid period.

10. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will remove it.

11. Changes and contact
